Refund Policy
Since Flash Media Digital LLC provides digital and marketing services, refunds are granted under limited conditions.
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Full Refund:
If the project has not started (i.e., no work has been performed), a full refund may be requested within 3 business days of the initial payment.
If Flash Media Digital LLC is unable to complete a project due to internal reasons, a full refund may be issued.
Partial Refund:
If the project is partially completed, a prorated refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.
If a client cancels the project after work has started, a partial refund will be determined based on the work already performed.
No Refund:
No refunds will be provided once the final deliverables have been submitted to the client.
No refunds will be issued for subscription-based services, digital marketing retainers, or advertising campaigns once work has commenced.
No refunds for services if the project is delayed due to the client’s lack of response, incomplete materials, or communication delays exceeding 30 days.
How to Request a Refund:
Clients must submit a written request for a refund to partnerships@flashmediadigital.com, including their project details and reason for the request.
