Refund Policy

Since Flash Media Digital LLC provides digital and marketing services, refunds are granted under limited conditions.

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund:

    • If the project has not started (i.e., no work has been performed), a full refund may be requested within 3 business days of the initial payment.

    • If Flash Media Digital LLC is unable to complete a project due to internal reasons, a full refund may be issued.

  • Partial Refund:

    • If the project is partially completed, a prorated refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.

    • If a client cancels the project after work has started, a partial refund will be determined based on the work already performed.

  • No Refund:

    • No refunds will be provided once the final deliverables have been submitted to the client.

    • No refunds will be issued for subscription-based services, digital marketing retainers, or advertising campaigns once work has commenced.

    • No refunds for services if the project is delayed due to the client’s lack of response, incomplete materials, or communication delays exceeding 30 days.

How to Request a Refund:
Clients must submit a written request for a refund to partnerships@flashmediadigital.com, including their project details and reason for the request.
